How to Make a Program starter that starts a program after asking a password ?

sorry for being so late to make a post but i was very busy in work and studies because of my Exams.

so for making this Program starter that starts a program after asking a password you need to copy the following code into notepad and save the file as anything .bat

by the way the password for this is (notepad) you can change this password by replacing notepad with your password.
